Description
Orthomol Immun is a food for special medical purposes. It is suitable for the dietary management of nutrition-related immune deficiencies (e.g. recurrent respiratory infections). Orthomol Immun contains important micronutrients for the immune system. The nutritional characteristics of vitamin C play a key role in the immune defences. For instance, some immunocompetent cells contain a vitamin C concentration that is about 10-100 times higher than the plasma levels.
